For those intending to obtain loan for Savanna @ Southville by Mahsing Group, i can assist you.

These documents are needed for loan application

Copy of IC
3 months latest salary slip
3 months latest bank statement OR EPF statement
Booking Form
Any under income document such as ASB statement, Fixed Deposit receipt, Saving, etc



Hong Leong is one of the main panel for this project. Feel free to contact if you wish to apply or check on your eligibility.

Have trust in Mahsing. They are not small player.
