Yup pegawai tadbir awam. Mayb intake to m48 can be from any skim as kppa wans d service to be open skim. M47 is new intakes which can be from pvt also, depending on experience. Maybe. All I know is d rumor is very hot with survey being given out to all ptd to ask if they prefer to be promoted straight to m48 or tukar skim. Haha. It's just a survey, but there is no smoke without fire:)

its true lar. we hardly get increment or bonus. wen get oso 1/2mth nee. but prices of all goods are increasing. just bcoz some of the civil servants are lazy doesnt mean all are. we need to survive also. if the pvt sector wanna tumpang the bonus n all, pls by all means join d service and improve it. dun just sit in d pvt sector complainin bout this n dat pourin ur frustation towards d gomen servants, while d taukey is making profit buyin bmw's

wow still got intake for gomen positions? i tot they freezed it.

be happy wit where you are. haha. not all ptd's go overseas.. some are stuck in small dept struggling to make ends meet.

last time i also flopped so bad that the bahasa interview asked me to brush up my BM if im interested to join the civil service coz all interactions and protocol will b in BM. actually the interview is to look into ur confidence and how u overcome certain difficulties and hurdles. just have to be confident and tell dem language can be learned but quality will always be there in u

PTD still gonna be relevant after the new SBPA is introduced? looks like PEMANDU is giving more importance to private sector enterin JUSA and Turus level. so PTD's will have more competition and less opportunities.

the SBPA has a few new policies like exit policy and increased pay. it also a new grade system eg. M1-1, M1-2 etc. so d pay scale is done in brackets. eg. T2-4 is now under T3, T5-7 is now T4 and so on.. this is where d seniors feels unfair coz juniors are gettin the same salary.

overall the JUSA and premier class benefits the most with almost 70-100% salary increment.

the intake of PTD being reduced considerably. first intake got 2012 was bout 70 officers. now 100. i guess its good so dat the eliteness/exclusivity will b enhanced. lol. Any other opinions?

depends if u have Degree, Masters or PHD. normally degree starts with 19xx.

yup. sad but true. SBPA was supposed to correct this by creatin lateral entries from pvt sector startin from grade48 or top management @ JUSA. but too bad SBPA was scrapped.

19xx + 850 allowance = 28xx. Ull have to contribute to EPF for bout 3yrs til confirmation.

most probably 13% from ur current basic with yearly increment as per SBPA. wait for d circular.

what ur workin as currently and why u decided to enter gomen although u kno u wont be able to achieve 30yrs. in d end its u who is gonna work, not ur dad.
