2. every new ptd will get the same salary except for ones with post-grad qualification (Masters or PhD)

yes u can.
but u can only take out all your epf (minus the gov contribution) after u have served 3 years in the gov.
after that, no more epf contribution as u opted for pension.

any masters degree can apply.
as what they said, ptds are jack of all trades.

i dont think there's any 'best' Masters program to apply to be a ptd.
but u maybe can pinpoint it to management, sociology, even town planning and national security related Masters program can be considered.

why dont u list down ur preferences, then maybe the otais here can discuss it..

the BMI scale might not be paper, but i do think its relevant.
if u as an employer, u want the best employee, rite?
the same goes for PTD.

but everything also counts, not just BMI.
so dont fret, try your best.
fitness can be gained. fatness can be slimmed down..

why u guys try to excape from serving the gomen?
u have been given sponsorship to study and now when called to serve, u wanna lari.
u forgot about the half million they give u?

i agree that a motivated individual is better than an uninterested one.
but u have been given the chance to study and the money, so u should at least serve the gomen for a while.

i have frens in my jabatan who are jpa scholars.
i did a introduction taklimat for them and later asked several of them personally on what do they think of the jpa forcing them to work on unrelated field (PTD).
some says ok la and some mati2 says dont agree.
but now after 6 months, everyones happy working here and they became an important asset to their unit.
now i can see that the 'interest' can be nurtured..
but hey, different people, different mind/heart..

as for the other schemes are not available for them, i dono.
i'm going to spa this afternoon and maybe i'll meet my jpa frens and ask them.

so they are sharing, although a very direct one at that (by posting the Qs here but the Exams already done, and the Qs are 'bocor' already)

anyway, not to worry la.
next round of exam will not use the same Q again. similar maybe but not the same.
it'll only give some hints about how the Q will look like..

ps: do update us if any of u pass the exam and going for the next stage..

not to worry. each paper have their weightage.
if u score on the other papers, i think u'll be fine.

that's why i said, its a very direct help by posting the Qs here.

but since the exams done, the Qs are not considered secret.
it's not like the Qs are leaked before the exam.
and the Qs are posted here by the candidates after the exam.

the same thing with other exams, if u can remember the Qs, u will certainly tell others who asks some tips about the exam.
if its not typed here alphabet by alphabet, it can also be shared by word of mouth.

and for the next exam, SPA will use new sets of Qs which will be different from the previous exam.
the next candidate will definitely be getting different Qs.
same thing like UPSR, PMR, SPM; the same Qs will not be used year after year kan..
