Hye guys. I just checked my result. Thanks to God I've passed the interview. But the result not stating the date of report duty, instead only this:

May I know the contract will started from we entering INTAN or earlier and how long it would b?

2ndly, the salary scheme for contract PTD is all in 2.1k and no allowence?

just got email that I need to attend writing essay session...it mentioned that I did not pass the essay, but pass the interview..written like this..
"Dimaklumkan bahawa tuan/puan adalah calon yang telah diperakui di peringkat temu duga bagi jawatan Pegawai Tadbir dan Diplomatik Gred M41 pada urusan pengambilan yang lepas.Walau bagaimanapun, tuan/puan didapati tidak berjaya di peringkat Ujian Penulisan Bahasa Melayu/Inggeris yang telah dijalankan."

it is normal case? it also mentioned if passed got listed as calon simpanan

called jpa just now. he is also unsure when to report for duty. lol. tentatively he said it'll be on May.

not too sure la bout the new kadets. most probably your years of service will start after finishing the cadet program. anyone from jpa can share some knowledge?

got info from last year batch of kadet that next intake will be Aug..

and the rm2027 allowances also i heard from them..

if it is true then it is quite low for kadet with family..

What kind of contract u mean? I thought current scheme nowadays, all are already skim tetap?

Nowdays PTD must serve 3 years contract start from cadet time...then got evaluation whether can change to permanent

Oohh. That one is tempoh percubaan 3 tahun. standard term before sah dalam jawatan.

Can u explain more about the tempoh percubaan term?
Is it like probation period in private sector, why is it too long until 3 years. Usually private only 6month-1 year I think.

Ah .. I just passed my IV.
Im still not sure whether to proceed or not.

current salary is more than double ill get if confirmed as PTD. gg .. so hard to make decisions.

every fresh start is difficult. u just hv to make sacrifices.
i hv a friend whose salary was nearly 15k, but when he joined ptd, that dropped to around 3k, but he had to make adjustments
even now after 9 years in service, his salary only reached half of it, he is still satisfied as a ptd..
