QUOTE(sitescope @ Aug 4 2015, 11:44 AM) RDoe I'd presume that it'll go into passive mode, but I'm really not sure coz I've my Digi card for less than a year. My 1 year validity will expire on 7 Aug. If I didn't renew, it'll continue another 30 days ? Meaning from 7 Aug - 6 Sept, I can received calls only... Why won't you want to do the renewal? Anyway, best to check with Digi directly... |

QUOTE(RDoe @ Jul 29 2015, 01:34 PM) Thank you, you are now subscribed to IDD Internet Club. Dial *138*2# to subscribe to a high speed internet plan. Hi RDoe,Can you kindly list out the available internet plans under IIC (*138*2#) ? I'm wondering if they're any different than the standard digi mobile internet plans. Thank you. |

QUOTE(RDoe @ Aug 3 2015, 07:57 PM) Hmm I just faced this problem as well, I have RM52++ credit inside but I don't see any "long life" under *128*1*7# menu. I'm however on DiGi Best Prepaid v3 though. But under *128*1*4# I only see change plan to "Digi New Best v1" and "Digi Smart Prepaid". Update: Just called DiGi CS and "DiGi Best Prepaid v4" is no longer applicable (only for existing subscribers). My only option as per their advise, is to upgrade to "DiGi New Best v1", which they quoted to have slightly cheaper rates (I'm not even sure what's the current rate as this is my mom's number The upgrade is done via *128*1*4# and will be charged RM3. After that, I can see the "Super Long Life" option under *128*1*7# menu which will cost me another RM38 for it. This post has been edited by polarzbearz: Sep 20 2015, 01:32 PM |

SLL is now RM38, so you need to have at least RM43 before the option can be revealed.I'm however on DiGi Best Prepaid v3 though. Right now, those on Digi Best Prepaid v3 can only upgrade to either Digi New Best v1 or Digi Smart Prepaid. SLL is still available for existing Digi Best Prepaid v4 users, as well as those with Digi New Best v1. I foresee later on, us Digi Best Prepaid v4 users will have to upgrade to Digi New Best v1 in order to renew our SLL. |

QUOTE(LOOOOOOL @ Sep 21 2015, 12:01 PM) then how to change to new best prepaid plan? From the FAQ:there a note saying: Please select your rate plan carefully as you will only be able to change plans three (3) months after your switch to DiGi is successful. http://new.digi.com.my/Page/products/default/all_prepaid - under Purchasing / Activating Digi New Best Prepaid (CoP) I am an existing Digi Prepaid subscriber, can I change to Digi New Best Prepaid and maintain my current mobile number? Yes, all existing Digi Prepaid subscribers may change to Digi New Best v1. To change your plan, just dial *128*1*4# and RM3 will be charged from main balance. (MNP) I am not a Digi subscriber, can I switch to Digi New Best Prepaid and maintain my current mobile number? MNP is possible, to Digi New Best MNP. The option should be there somewhere, otherwise contact their Customer Service? |
