I'm wondering if they're any different than the standard digi mobile internet plans.

No more SLL with New Best v2 .....

Many ppl asked me this question (re: SLL 365days) last week.

To all who wishes to subscribe to DiGi 365 days Super Long Life (SLL), this is the current criteria for subscription:

1. DiGi Best v4 and New Best v1, SLL 365 days is still available at RM38 (should have minimum RM43 in account)
2. DiGi New Best v2, SLL 365 days is already available (since end of March 2016) at RM68 (should have minimum RM73 in account)

I'm already seeing the new plans listed in *116# and *138# ..... now awaiting good news for the unlimited 1-7am confirmation .....

Digi best v4 and new v1 still have SLL.

This is an allegation based on perception. Actual data that I've seen indicates only a small percentage are sleeping.

1. Latest Best Prepaid 2016 has SLL 365days for RM68 (min RM69 for option to be available).
2. RM8 1-day pass is NOT unlimited. It is limited to 10GB quota. Please check the FAQ & TnC on digi website.

2. Digi New Best v1 P2P = Digi New Best v1 (without P2P)

3. All upgrades right now will become Digi Best Prepaid 2016 .... do not upgrade until you have confirmed your actual plan.

Actually you can ... Call *138# and subscribe to IDDIC and voila ! ..... free basic internet + SLL

1. IDDIC (aka *138#) is an "obscure hidden" digi feature
2. Virtually non-existent documentation on this
3. It's currently free to subscribe

Ok ... so ... what's the catch ?

That method already know la bro .... my smart prepaid have 365 days grace period ... so that's the longest grace period ever ... but they disable the SLL RM1 or else it would have been the perfect bulk download plan .....

Current rm38+iddic is really worthwhile if 1) you have coverage and 2) daily use of basic internet Even the rm68 sll for new-bestv2+iddic is still considered reasonably worthwhile ...

Well, I believe prepaid best 2016 would be suitable for those needing unlimited high speed fb + twitter ... so a RM10+RM100 topup can stretch this to 16 months with sll ... that would be RM6.75 a month.

For those with low data usage without fb/twitter, SLL@108 is hard to justify ..... better look for alternative plans ...

This is true if your plan is Prepaid Best 2016 = SLL RM108. For New Best v2 = SLL RM68 and all previous Best = SLL RM38.

Use *128# and see what is listed under option 3. Internet ... There's internet, internet plus and onetime-internet options.
