I don't think 4.3 itself will cause these problems. It's most probably the OTA process. As suggested, you should do a factory reset.

Rm360. Just sent mine for repair last 2 weeks. 15minutes done. Eventhough my nexus was bought from playstore, it state that my nexus in warranty and no labour charges being charge.
Inb4 I registered my nexus in lg malaysia website. Now I got warranty from lg malaysia.

Yup, do the factory reset.

None of the problem occurs on mine, except maybe battery drain on 3G, which is inevitable for everyone.

Let us know how it went.

BTW, I went with deodexed ROM flash, instead of OTA, cause I was on CM10.2 earlier.

i have none of these issues. the only problem after 4.3 update is wifi sometimes stuck, can't switch it off and even when it's on, can't get any data via wifi, need to restart, but this problem rarely happens.

biggest improvement is the photosphere. can most of the time join lines that are close, previously can't take photosphere of my room, now can do it

Hmm.. glad to see both of you have smooth experience with Nexus 4, so far after factory reset, everything went well, but there were 2 times when i was swiping through apps, and the page just stuck there! Like half of first page app and half of second page app is there, unless i press home button. Haih.. Really cannot accept flaw like this, Have unistalled nova launcher, minimalistic text, all those uccw thing, or pie control, all back to original.

besides that another small flaw is camera app, when taking photo, and then swipe left to view photo, also stuttered. aiks..

Those problems you mentioned are non-existent even in Galaxy Nexus. How can it happen on Nexus 4?

Well my phone jus died. Left to charge las nite...in the mornin totally flat line...no responce wat so ever, even tried those 20' & 60'second power button reset. Not responding to even plug in to the pc.

Try completely flash over the stock images (and clearing cache as well) and see if problem persists. Have yet encountered any odd issues after upgrading from 4.2.2 (not via OTA, though.)

Hi guys, I'm having issues with Google services eating up my bandwidth. Almost my whole quota of 3gb was used up within a week. Any idea what is wrong with the settings? I'm on PA 3.6. And I have never encounter anything like this before with all PA Roms. I've since then blocked all background data for gapps until I can find out what's the issue.

Someone had this problem before. It's like your phone is trying to download the update to 4.3 even though you're on Custom ROM. Flash new PA (3.95?) and it should be fixed.
