Hi guys, I'm having issues with Google services eating up my bandwidth. Almost my whole quota of 3gb was used up within a week. Any idea what is wrong with the settings? I'm on PA 3.6. And I have never encounter anything like this before with all PA Roms. I've since then blocked all background data for gapps until I can find out what's the issue.

To be honest you wouldn't miss a lot if you decide to stick with a 4.2 based ROMs for now. I am still using CM10.1, I rather wait for them to mature a bit more first before jumping to CM10.2.

You should get a dual core phone instead.
Quad core is meant for performance thus the heat, unless you underclock it.



Btw, am currently using Franco #182 kernel, JB 4.3 stock rom, default Franco profile.
The battery stats above, with wifi always on and the 3 hours SOT mostly are playing Reaper.
Will lower to 1.2Ghz in the next few days and see how it goes.
If you got 2 hours SOT, I bet there are wakelocks in between.

You don't see power saving mode in Nexus 4, if you would like to have it, download Franco kernel, disable 2 cores, lower to 1.2Ghz.

I am using MIUI ROM.
It comes with a very nice File Manager compared to CyanogenMOD or any other things in the Google Playstore. LOL.

Solid Explorer is quite good, but, you'll need to pay.
Else, another other file managers will do. They're all the same, IMO.
