5V output is safe, no matter what A. But be wary that some powerbank actually output more than 5V in order to make it seemed like charging faster. Probably around 5.1V or 5.2V, now that would really hurts your phone.

Rename the folder
/sdcard/Android/data/com.instagram.android

Given the full folder name, of course you have to change it to something else, otherwise it wouldn't be "rename".

No, this is a new bug. Never has such high drain from BT module on previous version.

It charges, but it doesn't go up, and the phone heats up as well.

So battery graph was showing "teeth".

Moto X with wood backing is so desirable.

What was the problems you are facing?

4.3 seems good enough, except for the occasional BT power drain and recently high power consumption from Google Track (no idea what triggers it). Nothing a reboot can't fix so far.

So far, 4.3 (stock) is really fast, buttery smooth, even compared to CM10.2 (4.2.2) which stutters even at app drawer, bummer. And of course, the best ROM to date is still 4.1.2, which I have clocked more than 1600 hours of uptime on my GNex.

Yup, do the factory reset.

None of the problem occurs on mine, except maybe battery drain on 3G, which is inevitable for everyone.

Let us know how it went.

BTW, I went with deodexed ROM flash, instead of OTA, cause I was on CM10.2 earlier.
