It's about the same sub sales price of camellia in psf. Some more camellia is leasehold with no car park. You need to lease the car park from management.

So will you want to pay the same price for the subsales or this new freehold+free car park project?

Not only you, many is confident with this too. Unlike mrt project or others project that selling future price compare with surrounding. This one just selling at current nearby sub sales price but better in almost everything!

Anyone interested can pm or call/whatapps me at 017-6100337 for pre-booking + enjoy early bird package.

Wah... thought this project can go silently to sold out. ...
Seems like very hot now...
Don't know it's good or bad sign
Anyway . Really a good buy comparing to surrounding projects and sub sales

Using rental as comparison, rm2500 for studio and rm3500 for 2 bedroom, I personally think the 2bedroom will be better and suitable for a small family.

ya but saw the layout, 1 bedroom's master bedroom is much bigger than 2 bedroom, somemore with balcony.
studio is better for investment i think...

Ya, it's up to your favour also. Studio more prefer by single expat, 2 bedroom prefer by small family. 😊

Slight aircond will be good but is it tht stuffy inside? will be too hard to share cost after all development is complete! Telecom staff also come to BS to eat ah? Think thr not much food n pullwomen hotel location is so bad with no retails nearby, ppl always complain!

After hours was very quiet when i makan thr few yrs back but haven't been thr at night in a long time (no reason). With gateway mall, think the area will be slightly more lively at night? Should be quiet now with only residents n some office staff still thr at night..

Ya, if sunny day then I think it will be little bit stuffy ..

I found Uoa office side a lot of things to eat oh, restaurants and cafe , plenty of choices, plus Nexus

Surrounded by office towers,,, maybe very quite after office working hours. Has to wait for kl gateway complete seriously hmm.gif

The bridge is covered which is better during raining days. Novum has good location that can opt to go kl gateway, nexus and midvalley for shopping and eating.
