i dont really know if it answer ur question,
by using lightroom i will bump the shadow lil bit in Tone Curve and change shadow color to brownish in Split Toning
here the example:

after:

note the shadows area colour...
it isnt exact settings with the ur example in the link...but you can play with split toning

i dont know much photoshop preset...
but i do know lightroom preset = vsco film pack
just click and there you go
it for simulating film (kodak,fuji etc), i do have it, but rarely use it

edit: lightroom is oso photoshop

owh... 18mm 30s iso400 f4 this settings is -2 ev so it became noisy when i bump the exposure, next time i'll bump the iso
