anyway, any nice recommended speedlite? and what spec should I be looking at? going for street and portrait...

just casual use, is on camera ttl... sb700 too expensive la.. opt for beginner one.. around Rm400(max budget) with good cycle time.. don't want spend too much coz need lens

how many here still using their kit lens?

haha.. i used to hate it (AF-S 18-55 VR) due to its inferiority compared to my prime (AF-S 35mm 1.8G) in terms of sharpness and etc.

but as time goes, i starting to like it more due to its lightness and versatility..

sorry, random post.. lolz.. really cheap man's glass..

What's that thing on the person's left hand? Flare? 
Imho I think it'll be nicer if taken outside where there are some bokeh balls indicating its a street or something so that the background is less blank haha, but that's just me la, it all depends on your intention of the photo XD
