Oh crap... I think to repair even cost more $ than buying a dry box...
Get the digital as it will automatically adjust instead of those manual you need to check it every day or so to ensure you don't make it too dry.
*

If me, i'll judge by the consistency of the light and the white balance, the 3d effect is caused by the placement of the flash/strobe(giving sense direction of light)
for me the larger the light source, the more quality of the light

i recommend reading f-stoppers articles, since it worth reading cool.gif
How to read light pt-1
How to read light pt-2
*
hmm those example looks nice, the subject and background not separate too much...

maybe that photo white balance (skin) is too white i guess...so in my brain keep telling me that is photoshop... doh.gif
i think maybe WB of skin tone keep telling me that is "florescent" light haha doh.gif

maybe the background is natural one, i think add a yellow filter will good or not hmm.gif

im striking for the 2 layer look..

a matter of preference i suppose
*

I'm on my 3rd power adapter already >_< previous 2 the cover popped open ._. Using a 88L btw, maybe the small humidifier unit is constantly turned on as compared to my 48L with smaller space but similar sized humidifier.
