as for video why do you ask that? well i could say that is your own choice that you decided want to use it for video or not.

those 3 options all confirm got video mode. wait, should after D90 era all DSLR got video mode option

yup, the speed of focus really important, you can take N8 and other decent andriod like HTC one compare the focus speed and see what shot you will miss...

as for video mode, so far older one if using default mic component, you will hear some noise from the focus mechanic from lens or body i forget. well if you go serious for video and make short video then you might need get a extended mic for that for DSLR. mirror less i not sure.

if you plan to do video then mute it then insert the song then no need get mic haha >_<

it is kinda like other average smart phone vs Pureview 808 when comparing recording video .

and after you get dslr i also don't think you will use it as much in video if like normal daily life, using phone is more convenient (if just want upload to facebook)

and D90 can consider little outdate, better opt out for D7000, since D3100 actually people said performance is on par with D90

got one example before, duno who last time i cincai draw a anime character (to be precise, it is derpina the famous internet meme range character)upload to 9gag for fun then later duno how many months i saw my drawing on shirt printing site. and the resolution is not even enough for print but i still wonder how the heck they can do this...
well still consider wrong la.... like i draw for fun and for entertainment purpose and someone take it to earn money

go for it, downside might be wallet slimmer for a period and you will feel D7100 very heavy due to get used with D3100

i only used 1-2 times V1 from friend, i find it quite well using under lower light compare my HTC one...
i mean White balance accuracy (still can't turn it into complete normal WB photo la of course, too yellow lol) . (of course far more better than D70s)
under very yellow light, that time was in sunway pyramid burger king if not mistaken

use brush tool to do tack sharp marking require very large resolution in case you need resize it bigger
so i double confirm first. since i actually rarely use pen/ vector tool do stuff
