Not necessary, I have two panel antennas and they are collecting dust now.
They don't work well for LTE. Maybe for DC-HSPA+. |

Haha, soon will have LTE antenna, boost at least 15dbi above, I'm survey on which connector head better. TS9/SMA/.....They don't work well for LTE. guys im using a Huawei B593-22 4G LTE CAT 4 150Mbps WiFi router E5776 ZTE MF91

It doesn't matter. I don't use antenna for all my LTE modems but I can connect to LTE for both my Maxis lines.
