the reason probably is the single channel H+

best u use at least dual channel H+ device

I know....
But normally.. using that phone.. manage to get 10-12mbps at certain places...
But as the above post... it's probably congestion issues..

I have a little technical question.

DC-H+ is actually connect 2x H+ network, or it is a totally different network? Anyone knows this?

Dual Carrier HSPA+ network wink.gif

Hmm, it wont actually 2X HSPA+ speed in real life, just increase the capacity.

You know lost are serious in 3G, dual carrier are better.

I have this doubt because, sometimes i connect to the H+ network and it is congested, but the DC-H+ is not. So i have thought that DC-H+ is another tower/network.

You can verify it using CELL ID wink.gif

Probably there are 2 base station.
1 is older with no DC support another one support DC.

Your place is really unacceptable, but if it is really kampung then it is usual. I've been to places with this kind of connection before laugh.gif

Nope, they cant do that, they have limited capacity, probably just give you higher priority or just some reset
*
it's in 3g mode btw. not in 2g.im quite weird because in getting full signal but the speed really shakehead.gif

FYI, it's the same for all my plan either be prepaid.

But i believe there is some hidden priority level on different user/plan.

Full rage mode lol.
The last SKMM report that i filed.
I even named the name of the CS who didn't attend my case seriously.
