I got the sms too. Signed up for RM99 unlimited since 2006/7. If I'm not mistaken, the RM99 plan was touted as true unlimited, and the RM68 was the one with FUP policy. :/

I'm also on multisim. I suspect true legacy users with multisim are the ones being targeted, possibly?

If possible, when reporting to Police/SKMM/TTPM/etc...it would be much helpful to explain a detailed timeline of how you signed up for the plan and were assured of the "unlimitedness" of the plan. Names of staff/agents would also be extremely helpful. It would make for a much better case  icon_rolleyes.gif So just be prepared..when the time comes...just submit report to all relevant authorities  flex.gif

Well, considering I signed up for the plan more than 7 years ago, I can't say I remember the staff in charge, lol. All I could remember was that I signed up at Maxis Centre at Lowyat Plaza, and asked profusely to the staff whether the RM99 has a limit/ data cap. He convinced me to go for the RM99 plan instead of the RM68 plan due to that.

It's possible that the FUP has always been there, but I think our main point of contention here is the 10GB speed cap, which honestly, is low. Just yesterday, I re-installed my operating system and had to re-download Team Fortress 2 on Steam which is 7.1GB in size. All perfectly legal.
