Updates to my collection, but no updates on my current ability (except for a very sore right pinky)...still need to get back to basics in my diving and ball judgement

Wow siap ada collection... rclxms.gif

aku main futsal frequently kat satu tempat, diorang main rule king of the ring, kalau ada 4 team ( main satu gelanggang je ) semua team main macam main dalam tournament sebab nak stay in the ring ( rule dia 2-0 menang team tu stay, kalau seri set time xxx min per game ).

Hasilnya aku walaupun main keeper pun letih gila2 sebab diorang memang main betul2.. blush.gif

Tapi -ve effect dia memang akan ada injury, hari tu aku injured bengkak kat keting sbb x pakai shin guard. A few of my frens pun dah skip the sessions sebab diorang x puas hati ada beberapa orang kat situ yg dikatakan kaki berlagak power... mad.gif

hi,

been playing in goal for 10 year..great position to be in a team...take part in football tournament in u every year.hv broken few bones and having surgery for that:) but now started to play again in my company internal league and district league...

what i like most is going 1 on 1 for the ball, best feeling ever..but my huge weakness is goal kick, i know its important but maybe dun hv the foot for kicking...hehehe...

hv experience using cheetah, umbro, adidas fingersave & nike glove so far..personally prefer adidas fingersave but in wet feel better using umbro...

but even with fingersave glove, u can still injured ur hand so dont rely too much on the fingersave feature..

now training for upcoming company tournament...very please to find this thread:)

What broken bones have u suffered n what surgery? Why did it happen? Thx for sharing

Btw do u have those cheapo nike match gloves? How do they feel to you?

Can teach some one on one tips ? Sometimes its not necessary to rush out like madman but wait n see rite.sometimes opponent time their kick when im rushing out so its an easy goal coz when rushing out its hard to dive sideways.

I broke may middle and ring finger due get hit by the ball during 1 on 1...its just a small bones but its where the ligament is attach so i cant make my finger straight sweat.gif

if u notice there is a small fragment of bones broke in the x-ray

Attached Image

to fix it i need to hv surgery to insert k-wire through the finger bone using drill so for about 1 month i cant move it...

Attached Image

after the wire is remove need to do fisio to able to move the fingerback icon_idea.gif

i hv a pair of cheapo glove when i started but it feel to loose and weak.. even glove with cuff feels more secure and fits to your hand nicely, but glove with fingersave feature would feel like it wrap your hand and make it harder for u to form a fist... brows.gif

for 1 on 1 situation i quess the most important is you need to b able to judge what would the play with the ball would do (pass @ shoot) thumbup.gif

and dont go in halfway and chicken out... rclxms.gif

happen in 1 on 1 situation..maybe the player realize he will lose in 1 on 1 with me (1 on 1 is my strong point) so he just shoot the ball as hard as he can in close range and it hit my finger as i try to palm it out....that cause the injury tongue.gif

got a long 'ceramah' by my gf b'cos of that... sweat.gif

Hey guys , we are a team playing in non-professional weekend league looking for a goalkeeper.

Location of the games are in KL / Selangor area.

Age of the teams playing is around 21 to 45.

If you think you're keen for the challenge, PM me. The matches are mostly competitive but in good spirit, not as rough or fast-paced as the pro and semi-pro leagues.

Hey guys, I've been playing keeper since high school but had a hiatus from that position for a couple of years. Now am playing back in that position again from time to time. I'm wondering if there is any amateur team of clinics where they allow for outsiders like me to join in for training sessions?
Not looking to get serious like fighting for a place in the team but more like to regain my agility and fitness again. Wanna stop letting in silly goals that I know I could have prevented in the last couple of matches. Been searching around the web but no luck so far. Guess I suck in research ;(
Any help will be greatly appreciated =)

For the goalkeepers dropping by this thread, I am selling a brand new pair of Nike Padded goalkeeper pants.
https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2733444

I only play football occasionally (prefer basketball), and am usually the goalkeeper. But very little practise and play, so quite bad at it!

Not too bad if you're playing once a week. Can wear out very quickly (Prob within 6 months or so)
