i'm newbie here,just found the thread,nice thread here
i'm into both football n futsal,for futsal,i'm using umbro hardground fingerless glove

currently still searching the best n most comfortable glove for football,but just looking into adidas only that has dynamic cut,i have try some other gloves,d cutting not nicely fits with my hands

btw,i found new info in choosing a glove,it has type such as roll finger,negative cut,flat palm n astro,anyone mind to explain this to me?

just want to ask a few rules in futsal , just picked up futsal as a new sport recently and as a GK.

1) Are you allowed to lunge in to a player when he's in the penalty box ? ( touched the ball 1st but the player fell down and injured....)

2) Sliding tackles allowed in futsal ?

is there any team that trains goalkeeper in damansara area?

i have always play in a defend state ; keeper, def, def mid.

so sometimes when i play as a keeper, my pro is that i can sweep up balls. other than that, i am not that pro

can anyone give an advice on how stops a full speed ball going towards your goal? or even to yourself(cause i've been dodged up powerful shots )?

Added on June 14, 2012, 1:24 pmu mean a bullet fly str8 to u rite? (not fly to the far left or far right)

well, adrenaline and mentality. Must tell our mind to try our best to stop/block the ball and we are ready for any injury risk.

Considering a bullet fllying at u, we dont expect to catch and clutch the ball. Perhaps to parry or puch will be good enuff.

Siapa2 yg pernah main GK dalam ni jom discuss macam mana nak atasi kalau hadapi situasi 1 on 1 dengan outfield players.

Sapa pernah study macam mana Apek hadapi situasi one on one compared to say, Neuer or Cech?

Satu lagi cuba korang perhatikan, aku rasa performance Apek dgn Malaysia lagi mantap compared dgn Kelantan. For sure defence and defending mid M'sia lagi power?

Aku sekarang banyak main futsal je. one on one takde masalah sangat sebab gol futsal kecik, kalau gol bola padang memang berenang2 la....

1 on 1 situation.

Perkara yang penting : Jadikan diri anda sebesar mungkin (make Urself as big as possible), kepakkan tangan, rendahkan badan (tapi jgn sampai melutut plak)... kecikkan angle.

Cara kecikkan angle ni, try bawak ke tepi, kluar tu jgn sampai habis, biar player tu dtg kat kita lebih laju dari kita pegi kat dia.. (faham x ni ?). Paling penting... jgn dive dulu, jgn commit dulu.. biar attacking player tu commit dulu. Bila dia dh commit, kalu kita buleh rampas bola dari dia, lagi bagus, try buat. Keeper yg bagus 1 on 1 biasanya keeper yang bagus reflex dia.

i just wait for them to come nearer....thn move them to d place i wanted them go, n thn dive...xD
