i think Block B 450-460psf depends on level.
I got my Block A at 500psf after rebates (Mid high floor)

To be exact, it's 480psf after rebates Mid High floor

Yea B1 more expensive than B2, so the price just slightly lower than my A2 south.

Yea, but wont jam if u use the Silk highway (Balakong). Silk highway can access to many highways too.
If going towards Alam Damai direction, yes.should be very jam durin peak hours.
Anyhow, Jam ady become a norm in KL la, everywhere also terrible traffic, cant imagine in future where all condos Vp.
