Greenz @ one south by huayang, announced few weeks back and launched today. Heard many ppl queue amd 70% booked. Oh my, thats hot? Personally dont like this project la. Cloudtree started earlier yet launched later. All buyers gone for earlier launch with 9% rebates with freebies. Nt sure the psf. Heard it's cheap.
