and Arte blocked the KLCC view of The Elements...omg..

The design/facades looks very futuristic, but more like a office tower instead of residential.
Unknown on the developer quality and not sure if they can deliver as promised.
Leasehold on commercial land. Electricty & water bill wil be more expensive.
Heard the developer reputation aint that good, Penang project acquisition of the land without the payback to the settlers.

Went to the site few weeks back, but can't find the sales gallery.
If not mistaken, it already sold out. Have to check with the developer.

Dont drop first until both r officially launched so you can decide once all info fully revealed.
Jadite block C & D launch next month too.
U have time to consider, once u drop the unit, very fast got ppl grab it.

Aiya bro, I understand your concerns as buyer always need to suspect this n that, whether many agents here or not genuine buyers, I was thinkin there might be other developer/project agents acting as CT agent to make a scene that CT agents playin ard here. Internet world many uncertainties la.

Whether they r genuine buyers, or sales good or bad doesn't matter for me, and ofcuz urself. Do u believe in ur decision? Do you believe in CT potential? Do you like CT concept and low density? I believe you know the answer.
Agents only marketin project for more sales n commission, but we as buyer should see if thr project worth for investment or ownstay? If CT is good, just book 3k only to secure ur unit regardless the sales status until official llaunch then u wil know everything.
3k only not a big money, u not committing anything at this stage also ma. Make up ur mind, I rather the sales is slow and all are genuine buyer buy for ownstay instead of flipping!

We buyer also unsure about the sales and details of CT.
We r paying for risk. Just see if the risk worth for you to pay bo.

Hmm CT at the moment..
If follows jadite thread, then u know my concerns on jadite.
Need fork out 10% and I do mind the balcony alots, jadite balcony small and attached with Acledge. U wil know how the balcony lookslike when u visit their shoe unit.

and there are shoplots (roundabout) inbetween clubhouse and jadite. I doubt the view would be nice.. maybe small lake n clubhouse from balcony.

another point is Jadite faraway from City and means for ownstay (I believe u buy for investment rite?)

while waiting for CT launch, I wil take a look on vista, parcville, 9ine n recent launches to compare.

I think CT stil best for ownstay and capital appreciation.
Not rental play, as there are many condo ard can fetch those students/expat eg. heritage, one south (Parc & Gardenz), dreamcity (550sf).
One South condo wil be completed earlier, guess rental play there would be better. (rent to M/E Students or Black?)
