Yea I passed by Treez few weeks back, not dont really like it as It's too "cold/cool" tone, too many dark grey colors on the building, Make it looks like a office instead of residential condo..
but overal design facades not bad

the design facade kinda nice, but not the color combination. Too many darkgrey.
the CT interior just AI, not actual show unit..but the layout similar to Dreamcity 1100sf.. Horizontal layout just like WOTP, thats why I like it

YeaYea, but I prefer location which is more quiet like WOTP Bandar tun hussein Onn, Cheras South, Balakong.
Bukit Jalil is hot due to the LRT and upcoming WCT mall, But personally dislike the high density there, too many condo along the Kesas highway, upcoming should be The Rainz by Exsim, and opposite got crazy Parklane OUG.
Im waiting and seehow they gonna sell or rent out when all VP. Paper gain is good, but sellable is another story la.. I wont get leasehold subsale lo.

But I like the location of Treez as compared with ZR, Kiara1&2, parklane.
Atleast some distant from other highrise.

Yea I visited last week too. it looks good but honestly not really a wow for me, could be improved. Before the main access to jadehill, passby alots factories/shoplots. And theres an upcoming factory under construction too.
Personally prefer gita bayu feel. Even country heights entrance isn't nice for me..

But ofcuz its good enough if CT can atleast looks like jadehill entrance.

Not sure but i'm wondering if Zalam is financially strong enough to complete this project during the potential crisis in next few years. Im nt sure the background of them, only some info n company structure from their official website.

Lesser risk of abandoned if choosin over reputable developer like setia, gamuda, ytl etc?

I can say bad timing to launch it in sept, should have more sales if launched earlier before Aug. Haha

Yea, if the buyer seriously want to get a landed for ownstay, It's time to save $$$ now to get the subsale.
Worth it if have you medium/big size family.

New launch in klang valley, the cheaper I've found wil be 700k Abadi Heigths Puchong (LH).
Or 1mil for tropicana Cheras 3Sty Link House (with attractive package, low DP), But do you need that big 3K sf for ownstay?
If you share with family members, 1Millions stil affordable.

Single now, so look for 600-700 as 2-3k installment stil affordable. If married, should just get 1 mil property, as can share the installment biggrin.gif

Yea get the semi d or cluster cheaper, dont mind stay so far la since im in kajang. No much differ.

Hopefully a Merdeka sales, more rebates for existing buyers to boost the sales durin this bad economy, to avoid cancel bookin of new launch including CT. Yay!

Yea scale models news was ady a month old news.
Expecting more..fully furnished definitely impossible.
I hope to know the private access/ 2md access for those owners who drive back from Cheras/ Alam damai. It's pretty long way/far for them to travel from alam damai to Taman juara main access. Its just inconvenience.

For me, is okay as I'll be using balakong silk bk to damai perdana, but hope for alternative entrance too.
