Or 1mil for tropicana Cheras 3Sty Link House (with attractive package, low DP), But do you need that big 3K sf for ownstay?
If you share with family members, 1Millions stil affordable.
Single now, so look for 600-700 as 2-3k installment stil affordable. If married, should just get 1 mil property, as can share the installment
