If I'm developer/agent, Wil also keep most of the nice units and sell higher price in Official Launch or latter phases.
Tell existing customers on the limited units available, so as they could choose those undesirerd units.

Everyone want earn big money, including myself.

yes Agreed. Regardless of the Sales figures, Zalam shouldnt save money by not doing those marketing to create awareness.
If it categorized as "High End", those flyers/banner should have prepared during the launch and it's ongoing.

Yea la, stayin at cloudtree, but no one know where is it... embarassed. Yes I love face biggrin.gif

Actually cloudtree is a type of tree. The leaves looks like cloud. Haha google image it.

Raintree is also a tree type, and my aunt staying there in Singapore hehe.
Dont worry, they silly for laughin there.
I dony think they all know Recents nee development either.
Likr benteng8, 88petalig, greenz, avantas. I dont think they would kknw all of them like us. Unless they also lookin for home asap or investors nw. No worries~
Especially those who stay far away like PJ, wont knoe bout this project too.

Guess so. Hopefully wil install those "short stand" lamps/gardens lamps along the road. Looks good. Eg. Gita Bayu.. or latest completed Sanderson.

Differ block differ view differ floor differ price.

Block B should be around 450-500psf
Block B is 480-500psf for mid to high floor.
25cents maintenance subject to Sinking funds.

Chulk kor, went to iproperty fair and saw a new prop 9ine in Sg putih hill cheras, stated it's in high ground 300FT above sea level.
How about our CT? Never tot of how high is CT from ground.
