Damansara Foresta, almost wanted to book but I was told that there would be total 8 blocks in total, just that they are building block by block and not in one go. It looks really "green" per their pictures but I don't know what would happen down the road, somemore the price is beyond my affordability.

Serigin Residence is also really really nice, but it does not have forest view or greenery view, anyway I was too late to know - it was totally sold out.

I thought of Casa Tropicana, nice golf field view! But it's leasehold, somemore RM600K per unit + necessary stamp duty and tax + renovation, more than enough for me to buy a new unit or landed.

Hi everyone, ya haha I'm just 21,just started working for a few months. Sharing with my boyfriend, looking for a home. We started working together, so easier to save. Hahaha. Always wanted to buy myself a house ever since fifteen but can only stare, cause still so young.

I know this sounds kinda dumb, but do you think soil erosion can happen at CT area ah? Since we're located on hilltop... ya, flat grounding but how safe is safe? :S

First two are freehold and the last 1 is leasehold but low psf lo... hmmm..

I feel like I'm the only one in this thread that had booked a low leveled unit @_@

Guess mine is the cheapest lol RM422psf, 1354sqft

Uhm, it's basically same with the one one 1269 but low floor and limited units, if I'm not mistaken 8 units on b1 and 8 units on b2.
