It is not under Mahajaya but from another development. The abandoned project will be demolished and together with the land clearing in front of CT, there will be future development of superlink, semi-D, bungalows, condo and a school. Main road leading to CT will be shared by these developments but i believe CT residents still have their own private enclave and exclusivity within all these developments. Good sign and congrats to those who bought CT.

As for the highrise condo, it is not Damai Hillpark as suggested cause the project is on the other side of CT, i am not sure where it will be and whether it will block the view of which CT block. Will update you guys once i have further information.

By the way, i am not from Zalam nor any developer. Just sharing with fellow CT members.
