Just wondering, can pm the contact for dwg and approval. Any DBKL inspect your renovation work? I'm intent to skip the approval for Reno. My Reno are similar your, extend 1st floor slab at car pouch area, What say u?

1) Solar water heater + pump + shower set x 2 = Save RM880 (Budget RM 6,400 vs Actual RM 5,520)

2) Piping work + hotwater piping for 2 shower = Save RM 2,500 (Budget RM 5,000 vs Actual RM 2,500)
*** Include WC & Basin Cabinet installation.

3) WC x 2 + basin cabinet x 3 + Tap x 3  = Save RM 295 (Budget RM 3,000 vs Actual RM 2,705)

why buy online when you can get 5 blade ceiling fan with remote @ rm 139, 3 years warranty somemore. go check out cima lighting.
