I got some noobies question. currently I use maxis and want to move to other telco, and umobile is one of the list. i just wonder, if i got the poor coverage, can we lock the maxis signal using roaming.? and how much for first time enable roaming.?

been using this package since 2011, rm68 with 3gb data slow once reached kuota. but not unlimited calls.. but after swicth to LTE phone my data always finish b4 cycle date. yes using LTE phone but always use 3g instead of 4g. tak larat la mahu top up data(1gb rm10 7days validity) everytime this is happening. thats why wanna switch umi 7gb rm70 but at my area(putrajaya) no 4g coverage only 3g and 2g. izzit ok i switch or remain with digi?

mind advise

1. upgrade plan from U28 to P70 can only be done in service centre? online tak boleh?

2. any umobile booth will do? or need to go branch. Giants Taman Equine one consider can?

upgrade u only need to call customer service hotline 018 3881318 can straight away done without any extra charge

How about deposit?

is waze eat a lot of data? i notice that my total usage is 100mb a day. and i only use that phone for 2 times waze a day.

they will charge the DIFFERENCE for the plan on next bill
but refunding the OLD PLAN deposit (let say U28 = refund RM 28) and charge NEW PLAN deposit ( let say P70= charge new RM 70)
