wallet/amazon quite follows ur bank rate
paypal follows their conversion rate and charged in the amount show in the transaction in RM

Now valve can easily differentiate who is big customer.
Maybe next time when you contact support, they can put priority on those level 100++ first.
That economist that hired by them really worth.
Now valve earn even more than last time.
