Isnt it 55xxkm meh?
Mine first service was 1094,then they put 6094 next service. But my gaga should going for second service next sat at 54xx-55xxkm as pusas period travelling far up north east.

The problem with the OEM drum brake assembly is defective design.

after you claim it under warranty, the problem is normally solved, if they try to repair it.... they are merely grinding the brake shoe. This will not solve the problem. Not the dust. After you change it, it must be a non defective drum brake.

touch wood, mine has got no sound after they changed it.

How u noe it is not the same supplier ? As far as i noe it is still the same although this issue has been complained by so many ppl.

I have had the rear drum brake assembly replaced last year. now it has done 10k kms.

the sound was eliminated. that is the outcome.

Air con level 2 = very soft, barely can hear
Air con level 3 = can hear d but not so loud
Air con level 4 = can hear very clear

10k is only a guide depending on ur braking habit.
hard brake more often, you will get more dust accumulated.

If the 1st 1 on top, nothing you can do. Just enjoy the clean air, check the filter again after 1/2 year. If not too dirty, get magician to blow the filter and recycle for a year or 2 until its dirty until unbearable.

If the 2nd at the bottom, you can DIY seal off the sides to maximize efficiency. Usually, the 2nd type will have less aeroplane sound, but less efficient in filtration. DIY video as below:

Just incase if you don't know, if your pollen filter is the 1 on top that type, your dryer(paper cabin filter) installation is different. Let's hope you didn't crumple the paper filter.

I think his already got sound at 1st level, mine also same although I DIY eliminated the sound later.

Just bear with the sound, after a week or 2 you wouldn't pay attention to it so much already. As for Gorilla, why not just pull out the pollen filter all together
