upping budget abit would be Yokohama c drive 2/Michelin XM2/Continental CC5 would be the more common comfort/low NVH tires.

performance based, Achilles ATR sport is a good favorite for being cheap and cheerful.
Michelin PS3 would be a common jack of all trades favorite
then there's also hankook v12 directional which gotten good feedback so long you can deal with the nvh
