31k + should change brake pad?
*
That depends.do u see any abnormal surface on the disc?or the disc start edging?..neo also known with wheel stud broken and every time braking, the disc wobble and make the loud and sharp noise too..

actually turbo is more fuel save if drive appropriately.. less fuel needed to make power than NA.
unless the driver 'tekan', thats when more fuel needed.. but the gforce/power.. fuh.. addictive.. hehe..  biggrin.gif
*
Absolutely right.hope can control the additive..tekan2 not realize the meter hit 200 already.. sweat.gif

But turbo s more2 additive..damn that car..

r u saying AT CPS have double layer radiator? mind to elaborate? from my observation, both water and AT fluid are cooled in a single constructed radiator (2 radiator sides built in single construction)~
*
dun ask me to elaborate bro,i'm thinking juz like you and since i never see the AT radiator so i ask weather is it true or not.I mostly do the conti car where they have ATF cooler on their own.not single construct with radiator(maybe one or two did have).if that so its not the double layer radiator.

Thanks for ur details explaination.i know how double core radiator looks like but juz to confirm about ppl rumors saying AT neo use double. So it busted.

Thinking to get synergy but the price.huh..eventhough i can do it my self but..still..rm600.. sweat.gif

Talk about the bypass,AT turbo'ed neo (1bar) is compulsary to use external ATF cooler since it can't change the clutch.

I bought it about 1.5 years ago in Klang but the size is 205/50/R16 (purposely use thicker profile) any currently serving more than 35000km~ so do u know any feedback regarding the Nitto Neogen? The shop say it is better than Toyo but priced cheaper~
*
i see, mine is 45 profile not sure in here bro but most of the time before purchasing tyre i always refer to this web.Get some idea how the tyre perform.
T1R quite old model but still performing, now got T1S but not available in 16''.

got xw40: http://www.torcousa.com/torco_product/sr-1.html
only thing is only xw20 and xw30 are GF5 resource conservation certified i believe (very hard, almost impossible to get resource conservation certification for thicker viscosity EO)

180kph on neo 5th gear shouldn't be in the red line i reckon? i've drove my iswara 3 speed auto >7k rpm on a frequent basis laugh.gif
so yeah, very regular driving if you ask me.
*
Iswara with toyol inside.hehe.i still got about half litre left of sr1-r,should give you that. tongue.gif
can reach red line but don't dare to boost till that.If NA sure can push it. laugh.gif

add into my stash of EO's lol
ya i happen to keep a stash of torco/motul/liqui moly for my various cars under my car (sis/mom, and my 2 cars lol)

on a serious note: no harm mixing the leftovers when you get regular SR1 instead nod.gif
*
Yeah, can keep for future use.in case of oil loss or when to drain the oil catch tank.

What is the function of oil catch tank? Does it offer any significant performance increase or just good to have? Noob in this~
*
The function of oil catch tank is to trapped ur engine oil from entering your intake manifold. Its more likely to known as oil separator if factory fitted.Since my car its not NA anymore(OR you likely to rev high),so its need faster ventilation and meaning the oil vapor circulation will be faster,in other words it make ur turbine dirtier if stay with normal PCV line,so add up the tank to trapped the oil and allow only hot air to the intake.after sometimes the oil will be fully fill the tank and it's times for you to dispose the oil if not, white smoke lo..

Here the picture about the connection>>

hahaha, initially want to change the rubbers only (205/45/R16) but upon arriving at the shop no stock pulak~ so he offered me 15" wheels + AD08R tyres for RM1900 (trade in old 16" wheels) as opposed to 16" tyres only price of RM1920~ very tempting that offer and my instinct is so strong for AD08R so there it goes~

today just got opportunity to try it and very satisfied with it~ Firstly,  it was raining heavily in Shah Alam and it does not aquaplane easily (as there are myth that this kind of tires performed very badly in wet, the grip feels just like T1R before (driving in wet 90-100 km/h) so I am very satisfied with it (no matter how expensive your tires are, do not drive in insane speed during rain).

Then, I tried in Karak uphill and it was mixture of damp road (light rain) and dry. To my surprise, the grip is way better than T1R, it was my mind playing games with me to let go off the throttle (not confident when using T1R) but I just plant my foot down and it corner without a sweat! There are corners that I usually shift down to get more traction but after getting used to AD08R grip, I don't have to shift down and just enter the corner with confidence. 140km/h attacking those corner is very easy (I'm just a noob driver unlike Quazacolt)~ notworthy.gif

Then I purposely took Temerloh exit to see how it perform in normal road. From Temerloh to Kuantan, it was dry and hot all the way but there are some sections where the tarmac are loose and this tyres grip as expected. Attacking those corners is definitely a newfound confidence to me.

There's my initial review after about 500km of usage.

Thanks to Quazacolt for the poison~ damn! thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

nice small review, very hard to take corner with 15 rims and with that speed since it very light but the tire do wonders..i know what tyre i want to go next.. thumbup.gif

Hye bros. Cant seem to find non cps satria neo thread. I'll just ask here. Sorry if such noob question.

Recently i installed R3 bodykit to my stock neo campro. Problem is, the front bumper seems too low. My tires are 205/45/16.

To increase the height, im thinking of changing the front tires first to 195/50 and remain the back tires 205/45, since the tires are still in good condition. Will this effect the stability of the car. How to check if the spring is faulty as i have not change them for the past 6-7 years?
*
How low is low?..changing front tyres seem not help enough to lift it.i think none.spring is very hard to spoilt unless it on very hard rusty.u might wanna check ur absorbers.suspension system the one deal with ur height not tyre size.

People only go for 8JJ for the looks, but 7JJ is enough for traction, provided you get the matching tyres~

That's rear wheel bro, but all 4 wheels are fitted with the same cross-drilled and slotted disc rotors~ The brand is Improve~ not much horses to handled but I prefer the handling department to be over-engineered a bit ~ more safety margin and maybe can prepare for performance upgrade although I dunno when brows.gif

My car got no siput n slow~
*
Nice la bro but urs is 15,the disc and rims looks ngam2 in other way make ur disc looks bigger.Thinking to get those too.maybe next week i do my service all in one shot. Now raining day,a bit hard to perform replacement. laugh.gif
