Hey is your 205/45r16 on stock suspension? Because I plan to change to this size but I'm afraid of the larger wheel gap.
Stock absorber but with R3 spring.Well ur right with wheel gap, stock spring will left a huge wheel gap since the tyre is already low profile so it makes ur wheel looks funny though.
I will try to sell my R3 spring after i get my adjustable.hehe..
Ahh r3 springs..won't your oem absorbers worn faster on r3 springs?
guess I'll stick to 195/50/16 atm then..dont want the weird wheel gap or probably use r3 springs along with this size lol
The absorber itself will be worn out someday anyway and its not like you fix sport spring today and in 2 weeks its leaks or something.Unless you go with spring that radically lowered your car by 3 fingers or spiriting driving all the corner you take, than its shorten the shocks faster.

Still can't decide between Potenza and PS3 After change to R3 spring, do your Neo hit shoppin complex ramp a lot more than OEM spring? Thinkin of getting R3 spring but car sure more lowered and hit the road
If u ask me,i still not satisfy with R3 lowered looks.stiil have a gap like 1.9 fingers(mine la) from 2.3?i think so..The only thing make ur car scrap the ramp is the R3 splitter. If you aware last Neo CPS 2010 model its already lowered without any sport spring and splitter.I believe proton already change the OEM shocks in this latest neo cps.

stock setup got the L shape tube. thats for collecting water if water goes thru the pipe.. however, i think water cant even get in thru the pipe. even at the scoop there got small drain hole.. and at the bottom airbox also got small hole for water drain.
if put washing machine hose, u can direct the pipe to front where it can get cold air intake. got someone blog doing the mod.. here: Intake sekunder

nice sharing mate, the snorkel not really into me but the adjustable spoiler for neo is really genius invention!
Proton cekik darah. before this tanya to repair power window 200plus. so expensive.
If u ask COE for sure u got this price.i ask the small proton service and also the dealer.its not all item is expensive..
In my case,my car still in warranty but already void,i went there to buy rear lamp ass coz water leaks in.i ask normal sparepart and quote me rm160-rm170 per pc but the proton service quote for rm124 per pc..
For drive shaft or any moving part,i better stick with original.

Replace my annoying straight pipe muffler to this twin type design.. Wondering it looks funny or not..haha..but important is no drone and the sound just like my R3 catback before just this is straight muffler!

Any difference in term of performance? Currntly i am also using straight flow..last time already try s flow but only use for 1 week..car become slowpok..or maybe i m using cap ayam s flow while my current muffler is hks jdm..
Not sure since i'm not run any dyno yet and the car not properly tune, the piping already 2.5" and this remus muffler is straight flow and it split to two at the end..
My last straight flow is damn noisy then i go for this with less noise but still straight muffler..
Remus picture attached, is it too obvious the tips out from bumper? Is it done purposely or becos the barrel cannot adjust backward anymore?
It can't be adjust any further..since neo have a very limited space for muffler..this is the best i can do,plus it required to trim rear side of the bumper too..
i don't have any problem with the tip, most of remus muffler they purposely make the tip visible and for neo maybe its lil a bit out of it.
What ever it looks, the muffler manage to tamed my turbine engine rough noise down par with s flow type muffler.

FC is same as stock if normal driving. However if spirited driving very makan minyak.
Full tank for normal driving - around 450km Full tank for spirited driving - around 350km
For sure u want power u need sacrifice something, more likely my turbo.normal driving very save when come to boosting..nice feel but fuel not so nice..thats the fact, even for luxury car unless it using diesel, than it different already.
when driving, the noise is very minimal or no noise at all, but loud when car is parked. since yesterday evening, few days ago heavy rain, drove thru a few deep puddles at around 40-60km/h, that might be the cause?
actually there's another problem since months ago.. sometimes when driving slow (and normally is when car still cold after stopped for some time) can hear a soft 'klurk klurk klurk' noise when going slow, going str8 or turn the noise also there, searched for similar thread .. but can't help much .. when send for servicing the mech cant detect also, maybe cus it's still not tat serious so visually they cant tel which part is wearing out? when the mech test drove he say no problem also
do u try ask them to lift up the car and check?i mean without load and check the knock is still there? and do u perform visual inspection at your steering rack and knuckle as well?..look for foreign object or something?..
or maybe ask ur friend to turn and u listen/tracking the noise outside?
I've just booked a Neo R3 1.6 AT Executive Black for my wife. Kinda disappointed with the power window switch location. Any modification can be done?
And also the steering wheel is not as 'modern looking' as the Preve/Suprima. Can I replace it with Preve/Suprima's?
for me its kinda ok maybe coz last time i used wira and its was the same position.i'm sure switch position can be relocated but its kinda messy anyway and also will void ur warranty.same go to the steering wheel.
No idea actually, because all car standard. Is it only suitable for FI?
i see but i recall there are numbers of experience member here..
by the way this kit also suitable for high compression NA in case u don't want to go for FI path, gaining in HP maybe not much but for torque is kinda fun.Paired with straight cut FD i'm sure that will bring u a smile.
Nice bro. I've been looking for a while for feedback from owners with water injection.
Did you install by yourself? I thought ur car already got intercooler still not cool enough?
Can we use tap water for it?
I try to install it my self but the bracket need to custom made,i live at the apartment and sometime there was raining.kinda hard to manage all that.
Intercooler not enough seems u need to get certain speed to make it work efficiently.
We can use distilled water but its just for cooling and no hp/torque gain effect(of coz with tuning) and somehow it also increase ur octane rating(u can read at snow performance website),reduce knocking while high boost.
Its recommended to use 50:50 mixture of meth & water to make it beneficial to ur engine.U can get it for RM50 for 1bottle/5 litres also known as boost juice.
