I'm using a special maxis rm28, unlimited internet with no throttling internet plan on my HTC one that was offered years ago, and maxis refused to switch my sim card to one that supports LTE. Is there any way I can use LTE on this amazing phone? D:

Am I the only one having problem detecting sim card? Like when restarting, it won't even ask for my sim card password... And then there will be no signal.. I'm using celcom.

The problem is I dont wanna let go of rm28/unlimited quota plan  That's the cheapest plan by far, AND it has unlimited quota!

today i send my phone to SIS service center...will update you guys on the condition n whether it happen again...
BTW i send in due to purple tint.....the service center ppl say is hardware issue, and actually they expected more phone coming in with the issue, but no wor....

Edit: I googled, and apparently by sticking a layer of cello over the SIM card (to make it thicker) solved the problem. Sigh, seems like it's another built issue?
This is not the first time my fon can't detect the SIM card, but defi the longest time it remains "undetected". Anyway, solved and hopefully it stays this way. Will also probably get my sim changed since it's still not lte enabled yet.

ya under normal light it's fine..the problem only exists when it's under fluorescent light..but i tried my friend's S3 and Huawei phone and both are fine, don't have any wavy lines..when i tried another friend's I5, sometimes the lines are there but sometimes it's not..so i still don't think this is normal, since previous users says that they doesn't encounter this problem with their HO even under fluorescent light...
