the 1.54 hboot once s-off then cant s-on again?

ok so this morning i went to the HTC Service Centre in Time Square and asked for a replacement unit because of the manufacturing defect on my unit..they agreed but they said they have to take the faulty phone to brightstar HQ, let them examine and get stock from them..so i have to wait for a week for a new set..but they said the can't do anything cause they don't have stock..so i have no choice but to wait for another week seeing everyone complain about their service, i really doubt that they can get back to me in one week lol...now i'm afraid that what if the new set is also faulty? maybe another gap or the purple tint in camera? if that really happens than i have to wait for another week really hope things go my way..

if u are 1.54 s-on, u cannot s-off.
if u are 1.44 s-on, u can s-off.
if u are 1.44 s-off, u can still upgrade to 1.54, s-off will still be kept.
if u are 1.54 s-off, u can s-on back, but definitely cannot s-off on 1.54.
so if u want to s-on back, i suggest u to downgrade 1.54 to 1.44 then only s-on.

Please keep us update on ur status, I also wanted to send my purple tint issue..


Anyone else after repair, got the same issue again? i worry it is the heat of the phone causing it...

Just came back from Times square, didn't know that only under brightstar's HTC One able to claim for one-to-one exchange, mine is under SIS and they refuse to make a one-to-one exchange for me, i don't have a choice but to send my HTC One back to them under warranty for Repair........too bad

why no request phone from them=P . i did that once ... very long ago .
