Guys I want to get HTC one black from Maxis BUT I keep hearing so many bad things about HTC customer service and maintenance it's crazy , so many complaints on FB page "HTC malaysia" I'm actually scared to buy the phone now because of the consequences...

What do you think? Any bad experience with the service? Or with the phone itself (like gap in build, overheat.....)? Worth it to buy?

why not you go down kl and have a look at their service center see which brand has the most customer for warranty . = D , that might help you decide your faith what phone you should get .

Rayan92 well the heat is quite bothersome, for me. I 3g for like 10 minutes surfing it gets quite hot even with a case.

IceFlame21 the heat is a good thing..meaning the heat is released/disperse efdiciently rather than trap in the phone..

jz received sms from fren, informed that maxis KLCC and cheras got stock d, u need to be quick before the stock running out again, because he also mentioned that maxis shall stop selling htc one soon, i didnt ask reason for it i gonna go get it if got black avail

no idea, but from what i read from XDA, im guessing that got many quality control/fitment and camera problem with this phone , so may b they receive a lots complain, thats why gonna stop it.

very sad, got otterbox d, no phones , lol....
