I just bought my HTC One 3 days ago and i found out that my camera show purple colour when i put my phone on the table with camera on, i checked online and they say this is not how it suppose to be, do you guys met the same problem ? And i want to ask do HTC Malaysia do the 1 to 1 exchange for their phone?...cause i heard that they do this kind of servicewithin 14 days of purchase

was surprise htc one price doesnt drop much since i bought it. i bought at 2088 and after 2 months still retain at the price of 1999

is it worthy to buy from digi? and can someone explain to me, how its work if i'm buying it from digi? i'm paying it monthly together with the data plan? let's say i'm using plan that need I pay rm50/month..so, the rm50 cover both phone and data plan? haha..am I said it right?

u mean this??? i got this after the 4.2.2 update. don't even bother to go and exchange it IMO i think this is more of a software bug on image processing.

But most of the people saying that this is hardware issue....thats why im confuse....hopefully can get a 1 to 1 exchange since im still within the 14 days of purchase

since it's just within 14 days then just go for it. i'm lazy to go for a change considering how sucky HTC after sales is. Maybe I'll just custom ROM n see if the problem persists. but currently I'm very satisfied with stock original ROM

Is the red htc fingerprint visible like the black htc one?

Also the red sell by 1 gadget and others.,is it sis set?

My HTC One facing the common purple tint camera issue, HTC replied me that standard repair time frame will be 2 weeks? Is that true? ?

If u put it in ISO 100 and fully cover the lens it doesnt show purple. Its more likely aggressive image processing than actual hardware problem.

Standard is 2 weeks but for HTC Malaysia it takes 2 months

then how u explain some of the unist will not have this problem even running the same firmware & software???

why so suddenly so many ppl having an issue about purple tint camera? and now it make me thinking again whether I should buy it or not..

conclusion, too much exaggeration is done in enhancing low light performance from the coding.

Got over 230 owners here. Less than 10 complain. How is that many?

Regarding your question about buying with contract, you still have to pay the device fee upfront. Just that they will rebate back certain amount for buying with contract.

well i do have this issue, but it doesn't annoy me though. It's not like every photo you take will end up having this issue. Only those with very low light conditions...
