Im at the showroom now. Booking fees rm 5k. Within 21 days if loan rejected fully refund. If boking by credit card will be surge change. Location is good. Facing swimming mostly sold out. If got heart bus pls come.. if developer put sticker later they remove wont be cheap lor

No doubt the location is very near to TBS. Is it walking distance form anyaman to TBS? I think Central Residence has many upper edge than this project. The central residence price is about similar price range +/- RM 550 after discount.

This, I do agree with you.

The access to Kesas Highway and Besraya is very convenient.

Since , this location is good, the developer should package it to higher end condo and offer attractive goodies

I do agree with you. Pantang is another issue. What i mean is that should compare what the developer has to offer with value for your money.

The surrounding/neighborhood of anyaman don't seem attractive either.

Personally, i think developer marked up the price a bit low. They should have hired good marketing ppls to promote this condo.

If the surrounding seemed attractive do you still get this kind of price mou? I reckoned this is a good buy for year 2013.

You are slightly a bit wrong. If HSR really there it will be better than KL Sentral and also beat bukit one jalil city.

Is quite a bit tough to be like KL Sentral. The surrounding is factory and squatter. Unless there are parties to buyout the area and re-develop the surrounding like KL Sentral.
