Im at the showroom now. Booking fees rm 5k. Within 21 days if loan rejected fully refund. If boking by credit card will be surge change. Location is good. Facing swimming mostly sold out. If got heart bus pls come.. if developer put sticker later they remove wont be cheap lor

Personally, i think developer marked up the price a bit low. They should have hired good marketing ppls to promote this condo.
If the surrounding seemed attractive do you still get this kind of price mou? I reckoned this is a good buy for year 2013. |
