built by peter who built the 1120park avenue a?
bad developer o...heard lots of workmanship problem.. use the old built method, expose all the pipes at toilet and kitchen at 1120PA.. better ask them are they going to use same expose pipes design on the ayam residence or not |

Ayam residence built by peter who built the 1120park avenue(1120PA).
For 1120 PA It's quite normal that having defects. but the problem is the developer are not helping. for the unit defects, They will only fixed it after you chasing them again and again. For the common area, there are also got a lot of defects, but the developer not fixed it even the complaints are reported to them few months ago. the whole 1120 PA at least 1120 unit. but only having CCTV at guard house. 1120 does not have fire safety doors or fire extinguishers at all in each floor 1120 does not have proper working fire alarms or fire hose (how was CF granted?) Ignorance / defensive attitude towards residents' complaints. Think Twice Before Making A Decision. You can also check the resident committee of 1120 to know more 1120pa.com Thank you. yes although the 1120 park avenue have a great appreciation but the developer really irresponsible.

nowadays many irresponsible developer, because these 3 years are the hot years for property, whatever new launch with high price also can sold out, so the developer just need to make nice pretty modal, and write fancy words on the facilites, can attract buyers oledy...
unlike those old days, year before 2007...property not so hot...condo at prime location also not easy to sell, even though with cheap price...developer need to make it real nicely workmanship and nice design then only can attract buyers...miss those days.... |
