bad developer o...heard lots of workmanship problem..

use the old built method, expose all the pipes at toilet and kitchen at 1120PA..

better ask them are they going to use same expose pipes design on the ayam residence or not

oh dear. really? u getting me worried. but i had a few friends who bought and they were happy with it. made like 90%-100% profit!! anyway, will have a look and ask the developer when i see them on thurs.

flipper no issue. cos they sell. but for those own stay, they will face problem.

because the 1120developer price is cheap, around 200k....so let's hope this peter will come out better design and workmanship and material on this 600psf product..

It's quite normal that having defects.
but the problem is the developer are not helping.
for the unit defects,
They will only fixed it after you chasing them again and again.

For the common area, there are also got a lot of defects,
but the developer not fixed it even the complaints are reported to them few months ago.


the whole 1120 PA at least 1120 unit.
but only having CCTV at guard house.

1120 does not have fire safety doors or fire extinguishers at all in each floor
1120 does not have proper working fire alarms or fire hose (how was CF granted?)
Ignorance / defensive attitude towards residents' complaints.

yes although the 1120 park avenue have a great appreciation but the developer really irresponsible.

nowadays many irresponsible developer, because these 3 years are the hot years for property, whatever new launch with high price also can sold out, so the developer just need to make nice pretty modal, and write fancy words on the facilites, can attract buyers oledy...

unlike those old days, year before 2007...property not so hot...condo at prime location also not easy to sell, even though with cheap price...developer need to make it real nicely workmanship and nice design then only can attract buyers...miss those days....

yesterday I saw signboard of anyaman residence and a few lorries at the sites.. this is the place where they will develop it.. it is really close to tbs and klia transit..
