Im at the showroom now. Booking fees rm 5k. Within 21 days if loan rejected fully refund. If boking by credit card will be surge change. Location is good. Facing swimming mostly sold out. If got heart bus pls come.. if developer put sticker later they remove wont be cheap lor

3 years time will be lots of changes. Maju assets which have a big plot of land there have a few planning (refer their website project maju linq n infinity). The study of high speed train between kl n singapore report will be out by end of this month... hopefully this project will on n yhe station will be salak selatan.

I guess u didnt read from page 1... most of the comments r more negative. One thing im quit surprise is that the developer didnt hire external mkting to market this product. I was there on the 18 jul, 1st day launching... most of the SA dont know much of their product. I ask few question n they have to refer to someone else b4 answer me. One thing I like all the SA there never sweet talk, never promise moon n sky...

All the pass project, this developer never put a high price tag n this is the only project where most of us feel a bit on a high side... I just hope he know somethi that we dint n plsssdd dont ever fail us for being ur supporter for tis project notworthy.gif

I agree this definitely facade not up to Cloud Tree standard la....just they are selling the location. If this cannot be rented out, then cloud tree confirm die straight. Cloud tree is good for own stay nevertheless provided the access road will be firmed up.

upcoming developments in this area as in? We are discussing about BTS proximity, not surrounding such as Leafz, Central, Vyne, Midfield, G residen, Desa residensity, Le yuan, Seringin, Arte, Palace Court, 288. None of those has the value prop which Anyaman has, and that is the primary attraction factor
