Developer has 2 showrooms - Type S (935sf) and Type M (1109sf). Was told they didn't put up Type L (1304sf) because no space, but this type similar to Type M. The average seling price is about 590psf and developer gives rebate and DIBs too.

It's just beside the entrance road to the TBS. i think there is an old iron factory and some squatter. Walking to lrt station should be less then 1km, depend on the site entrance. And there is a LPG gas factory (the one we use for cooking) just beside the side too, easily stored with few thousand of LPG gas at anytime. Any concern with it?

The showroom is at 2nd flr in Wisma Peter, Taman Petaling Utama. Price is before 5% discount.

look like this is a better product compare the Central Residence , Vynes and some overprice bukit jalil project.

Suprisingly Z Residence at Bkt Jalil Still has some units available @ 414kps.

BTS itself also like half dead wo, later go unker peter office 66cc before go PJ.

BTS u can get Bas and Taxi Bandar, KLIA transit, Bas Express, Komuter need to drive up a bit to Sg besi. So quite good for its location. walking distance from site to BTS is like 800mtr. If want get taxi easy easy only

High speed usually dont stop here boss, i usually take train to KLIA if alone. Highspeed service is sentral straight to KLIA non stop... so i think it HSR wont stop here too. guess only la

agree, TBS is full of wonder, i have great confident the high speed rail will transit here as well. Worth the risk for investment.

I think I am within the first 20 to register visit the sale office n show unit , but when I walk in almost 60% sold especially block B n C S size unit . Sticker game again ? Or sapu by vvvvip member or staff ?

We are the previous buyer also did not get any privilege to book the unit, where got VIP. Just see today sale you will know how is the feed back. If today the 40% selling fast then will know the sale is not bad. If today only sold less than 10%, mean is not good. So RM 590 is after selling price or before selling price. Each floor price increase how much?

Today is the first day to launch and 60% sold.
