Personally, i think developer marked up the price a bit low. They should have hired good marketing ppls to promote this condo.

If the surrounding seemed attractive do you still get this kind of price mou? I reckoned this is a good buy for year 2013.

You are slightly a bit wrong. If HSR really there it will be better than KL Sentral and also beat bukit one jalil city.

Rental should be around at RM1.5 to 2.0K respectively and depending on furnishing.

Anyaman is not as friendly walking distance to rail stations? Have anyone of you try walk from the actual site to Star LRT or KLIA transit?

Visited the actual site, the walking distance is not friendly am took 15 minutes from the cafe shop to Star LRT (maybe my walking speed is too slow?), I am quite doubt that developer could obtain an approval from local authority to direct access on bersara highway! Have anyone seen the approval?

Location is good, high possibility HSR station, near KL city, easily access to few highways, selling price is not too expensive and not cheap also.

Personally thought, appreciation gain 15% to 20% not a problem, rental wise a bit difficult, 1.3k to 1.8k monthly rental is workable.

There is one malay cafe close to the actual site. Have you visited actual site?

Usually local authority seldom open a road from highway to a small group of residential. Please check it. I could be wrong.

How would like you know that high end Singaporean tenant or expat likes to live in MY? Would it be good to live in Johor? (Not denying HSR value added to this project)

Nothing has confirmed yet HSR in TBS, priority will goes to KL Sentral and then Bandar Malaysia sungai besi or TBS. What if the Centrina SA guess's wrong?

Kuchai is a mature area consider self contain city and near to KL city + Bandar Malaysia. No doubt rental is damn good. I think Anyaman got potential.

Hard to compare kuchai lama with Bandar Tasik Selantan. Kuchai Lama you can easily see more than 8 new condo. It make the rental go down if supply more than demand.

Those who working in klia or klia 2 are staying around kuchai area or sungai besi or some in permaisuri or bdr tun razak smile.gif

For Anyaman future renters have to walk at least 10 minutes to TBS. not dat big issue but I reckoned amenities access is a challenge.
