Smallest size is 935sf
If sell @ 400k, translate to RM427.8 psf @ BTS
Do u think the sales will drag until today

yea, ,my gf stay in 1petaling as well.. Super noisy area....everynight even windows closed, the sounds still there.....super hard to sleep, you have to stuck something in your ears...i hate condo near to highway!!! my advise is if really want, pls choose low floor as sounds travel up!
Location is good. But For food, you have to drive to kuchai lama/sri petaling as there is only few shop here...

potential area but better if condo to be built away from the highway, eateries shouldnt be probelm since near lakefields, i think the shoplot in lakefields will be fully opened in 2 years time.

One south is sandwich between two major highways with less than 50m buffer + free gift of KTM+ERL track without station
Ekocheras is facing jalan cheras with less than 50m buffer.
Ecosky is facing jalan ipoh with less than 50m buffer
Central residence is sandwiched between Besraya and KL-sereban with less than 50m buffer
Midfield is sandwich between two major highways with less than 50m buffer
Petalz facing NPE Flyover + Old klang road + intersection
Verve suite is 10m from Old Klang Road, same as Benteng8
The Leafz is again 10m from the Besraya highway
1Petaling is <10m to Besraya

Do we need to list more?

Anyaman is 100m to MRR2, 120m to Besraya, 50m to KTM track (which is the noisiest among the other two train), 70m to LRT, 25m to ERL (which is the most quiet)
Just FYI. worth 0.000001 penny

Ecoworld is facing jalan kuching ??
Agree that the noisiest is the KTM track but the train passed by not as frequent as LRT/MRT train. Those facing the LRT/MRT/KTM track with less that 50m buffer would have to live with the noise everytime the train pass by.
