where is the nearest commercial area / shops for food, banking, etc (put aside BTS)? kuchai lama?

5km radius is quite ok.
nearby 1 Petaling area is not doing well, from what i see, might be wrong...

Not familiar with sg besi, 5xx psft ok for here? but this 1 nearest to bts

It's the bus terminal in front of Block B? There shouldn't be any building that will block your view to TBS.
