*At this point of writing, I understood from the ground staff and the forum that the adjacent piece of land facing Anyaman Residences will be launching commerical units starting at 650psf! Paper profit of 95psf?

no such thing, depending on your earning power. 90% is still achievable. one thing for sure bank is more prudent in giving out loan now.

Hi wil-i-am,

Are you sure many? I went to the Sales Office, last Sunday; but the available unit is limited ... most of them is Large/Medium.
I plan to have a visit this few days to see any new units due to those not manage to get bank loan.

They still have small units though going fast. Hopefully those reject units come in and can pick up those units.

Comparison Anyaman residence with you@vista / you@residence ... what is your comment? Anyone can give some input?
Which one is better? Of course, Anyaman is cheaper, right?
