Got mine from bank muamalat too. First offered 2.75% The banker told me the Raya offer 2.65% will come back on 24th Jul. So I told the banker to hold my application until 24th la, haha. Hopefully can get it.

Er, I think so. The SA said Proton cars cannot go beyond 3%.
The dealer will do the arrangement for my loan, so I won't go around negotiating.
2 weeks still sound reasonable.

Anything above 3% just decline and take your business elsewhere.

This is not the first time I hear Maybank charging exorbitant rates. Most SA agrees that Public Bank and RHB consistently offer better rates, Affin and Muamalat also offer good deals as well.
