I have visit my friend KL Traders unit before school reopen.Swimming pool really chaos.Picnic at walkway,wash hand at pool after makan doh.gif Wall is superb thin,i can heard above floor talking and walking.At night drilling,dancing and shouting.Ground floor full of international races.Is ok to do airbnb or rental for own stay is big NO NO

looking at the FB group pity the owners.

Stolen shoes across many floors despite 3 tier, motor hilang, dirtiness of the condo overall.

I just received a text from SA and he told me now the developer gives even more rebate + cashback. 1059sf unit for 707k SPA price after rebate+cashback can get 440k+ only. SA said the developer support REHDA house ownership campaign (HOC) and it is only limited for the first 20 buyers? It's a good condo to buy for own stay? I saw alot of bad reviews and I am skeptical about it

I think it’s service apartment, base on the review, I would avoid it at all cost. Luckily I skip it few years back when I saw the big 400k ads on jalan genting klang
