Congrats to slight early bird buyers gain around 100k since back in 2017 until now.
Price used to be from 388k++.
Then changed to from 400k++.
Then from 428k++.
And now is 500k++.

Nothing to shut of as developer can always increase price then give 10% discount. It gonna to kill subsales market.

Also no law to protect airbnb operator. It is at the mercy of residence n jmb, regardless of service apartment or residence, airbnb can be ban with 75% vote at agm or egm with 21 days earlier notice on the polling, according to COB

3rd lelong unit check in from here. Total got 2550 units. Developer units still selling.
And if you check the subsale market ads, all ads selling developer unit. Haha. tongue.gif
I think no agent wanna promote subsale unit due to price difference not much with developer remaining units.
