This place is renter heaven actually. Especially ones that doesnt drive and have office within walking distance to mrt like mr older sis.

Downside is commercial is totally dead. She need to walk a good distance to dsara for some mamaks and groceries

I got my keys early this ear and still going through renovation since before MCO 3.0 implementation

The facilities are amazing, the pool area feels like I'm in a resort, some green area is well lit at night going through the garden. Gym room is big with adequate equipment.

Upon receiving the keys, my unit only has a minor defect nothing major, THey got it fined in 2 week before my contractor could start with their renovation work.

Well, I'm still in-progress stage, if you like to know more you can message me about it thumbup.gif

this project is epic failure for investors...

I still cannot believe got people willing to buy at 800psf and above for the project at kampong and industrial area with one selling point --- MRT station.... developer could add another 500psf for MRT...that time really a very good time for developer...apa apa jual...sure got fish to hook up
