true..I start to rent here since last month. so far so good. previously i rent a room in D'sara. but here i think better. except the retail shop not yet open. so if want mamak then can just walk to D'sara. Its hard to find now a studio that separate bedroom and livingroom+kitchen. but sqwhere layout is like that so far im happy biggrin.gif

another 3 active lelong units here.
all same size Type E, 2 bedroom unit.
stated 980sqft but check the floor layout is all Type E unit 1055sqft. Possible is 980sqft without include the front portion (01 and 10).

I told you so moments. Last time launch 900psf now can get as low as 418psf.

haha...you hit the "jackpot"...

last time...many youngsters bought as attracted with SDB brand and design... but they totally no idea in property investment... and that time was property bull run... no body care...

wanna get back 900 psf... maybe need to wait another generation (30 years)

Not just young buyer. Heard a lot of repeat buyer also.

Only ONE plus point here which is the MRT but u can get many MRT/LRT connected property at much lower prices in better location.

SA-11-10 attracted 2 bidder fight just now.
From 480k. Fight and sold at 532k.
Not really sure this is a good catch or not. rclxub.gif

The other same size unit SA-23A-05, no bidder. Will drop below 400k next month.
Difference between bumi lot and non bumi unit.

Within 30 working days, the team transformed the unit and delivered an impressive makeover at a cost of RM 27 000.
The unit was rented out at RM 2000 per month, way above the average market rate of RM 1600/month!
